To regenerate your heart is to take care of your physical self. Your biology, hormones, health, fitness, and mine are all synergistically connected; each part affects all other parts. In this step and focuses on the care of your physical self: Your breathing, your smile, your laughter, your exercise, your knowledge of music, dancing, and the red nose.
