This book introduces W.E.C.A.R.E., a communication system of compassion and understanding. It establishes a new ethos in every part of your life. Follow the story of Fred, a District Supervisor in a company experiencing "stagnant" sales. As a result, Fred was demoted to the sales force, and had to find his "voice" all over again. Feeling uncertain about his ability to connect with people, he's referred to Lisa, an interpersonal communication expert that owns the Home Sweet Home Cafe. Through her guidance, Fred's life begins to change, but not without some struggles.
